Respecting individuality, yet fostering team like families and family like teams.
'The classroom' doesn't have much ROOM in it for real life learning! - Yet Jesus is THE Teacher... He made or 'grew' disciples without a classroom environment - that is my short and long term goal too.
I love to see individuals grow in healthy, vital collaboration with others into multi faceted, fun communities that Jesus originally insipired and still inspires today.
It is time to fascilitate young people with discipleship and mentoring so they can create new expressions of 'the body' where they live, work, study or relax.
